COURT COMMENDATION, COMPANY DIRECTOR:
"Miss. Hoskinson: she is one of the finest social workers I have seen give evidence... Her analysis was crystal clear, she knew her brief backwards. Every opinion she articulated was supported by clear understanding of the the evidence in support... I find her analysis compelling, and I adopt it as part of this judgment..."
(Family Court Judgment, 2016)
We lead in best practice social work assessment standards. Significantly, Company Experts founded MALD® Social Work Assessment Framework and Toolkit, based on the last decade of pooled knowledge, experience and parent feedback - we know what good social work assessments look like!
We deliver training throughout the UK, upskilling social work practitioners, improving knowledge, skillset and providing a comprehensive, engaging and interactive toolkit that encourages the parent / carer to identify and focus on key changes they need to make, in a way that makes sense to them (www.MALDassessment.co.uk)

Specifically, MALD® core training course modules cover Neurodivergence, Learning Difficulties and Learning Disabilities - ensuring the social work practitioner develops a sound knowledge base, able to adapt skillset to the specific needs of a parent / carer. It is the only specialist parenting assessment training course with specialist input from a Neurodivergence and Learning Needs Expert, delivered by our team of Leading Experts!
